What to expect: Inspiring worship time, encouraging messages from national speakers, a fun look at today's fashions for busy moms, a yummy lunch with no kids around to distract you, and time to just relax and refresh.
Speakers:

John Rosemond has worked with families, children, and parents since 1971 in the field of family psychology. In 1971, John earned his master’s in psychology from Western Illinois University and was elected to the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. In 1999, his Alma mater conferred upon John the Distinguished Alumni Award, given only once per year. Upon acceptance, he gave the commencement address. From 1971-1979, he worked as a psychologist in Illinois and North Carolina and directed several mental-health programs for children. From 1980-1990. John was in full-time practice as a family psychologist with Piedmont Psychological Associates in Gastonia. Presently, his time is devoted to speaking and writing. John is syndicated in approximately 225 newspapers nationwide. He has written eleven best-selling parenting books. He is also one of America’s busiest and most popular speakers and most certainly the busiest and most popular in his field. He’s known for his sound advice, humor and easy, relaxed, engaging style. In the past few years, John has appeared on numerous national television programs including 20/20, Good Morning America, The View, The Today Show, CNN, as well as numerous print interviews.

Dr. Joneal Kirby is an inspirational communicator and a unique combination of marriage and family therapist, women’s ministry leader, parent trainer, marriage educator and radio and television speaker. She is the creator and director of the women’s mentoring ministry, Heart to Home, which encourages spiritually meaningful friendships between women across generations. She is co-host of the television show, Girlfriends, and the creator and host of the radio program, Heart to Home Ministry Minutes. Dr. Kirby holds a PhD in marriage and family therapy. She is the founding director of the Christian Counseling and Resource Center and is a licensed, practicing therapist. Prior to this, she was an educator and school counselor for 17 years. She and her husband, Randy, have three grown children, a son-in-love, a daughter-in-love, and one grandson and two more on the way.

 The Ladies (Moms) from the reality show, Duck Dynasty. Kay Robertson is the matriarch of this amazing family from Northeast Louisiana. She has four sons and is married to the Duck Commander, Phil Robertson. She has worked alongside her husband as they built the family business and is now known for her cooking and wisdom. Four sons means Kay has four daughter-in-laws. Korie Robertson is married to Willie and is the mother of five children. She helps with the daily operations of Duck Commander and is also in command of her busy family that includes three daughters and two sons . Missy is married to Jason and the proud parents of two sons and one daughter. She is a talented singer who has been on our mom event stage for many years. Currently she works with her husband as he travels spreading the good news of Jesus and keeping us with their busy children. Jessica is the mom of four little ones and is married to youngest brother, Jep. She also has a busy business with the Matilda Jane clothing line.

Chrys Howard lives in West Monroe, Louisiana, with her husband, John. They have three grown children and eleven grandchildren. Holding a degree in elementary education, Chrys volunteered her time for over ten years teaching children with learning differences. She also directs a summer youth camp, is the co-host of It's a Mom Thing radio talk show, and teaches lady's Bible studies. She served as a senior editor and the creative director for Howard Books, a division of Simon &Schuster, where she was responsible for the design of book covers and production of gift books. She is also the author of nine books and received a Silver Angel Award from the Hollywood based Excellence in Media organization for her works of outstanding moral, ethical and social impact on America. She is the recipient of the J. C. Penney Golden Rule Award for Volunteer Services and has been named among the Who's Who of American Teachers.

 Jenny Remsberg is the busy mom of four--three teenagers and one married daughter. She is the product of a singing family and spent eight years singing professionally. She is also the co-host of It's a Mom Thing Radio show, an active member of Family church in West Monroe, and teaches voice to young and old eager students. She never fails to light up the stage for God as she leads worship and brings her inspiring life-story to the audience.
